Many pools with a variety of temperatures, from cold (16c) to really hot (41c).
The staff was professional and kind.
The restaurant is nice, for sure it is expensive for Bulgaria, for if you keep your choice of somewhat Bulgarian cuisine, the food is good.
Featuring horseback riding on site and free bikes for guests, Guest House Belchin View offers a quiet location, a 24-hour front desk and a games room to have fun in.

We liked the hotel, but we were looking forward to the rooftop pool which was out of order and was not mentioned on the page. We still paid full price which we found a bit annoying

Great location, clean rooms. Spa is spacious! Great food
The hotel is overall really nice. Our room was enormously big and had a huge terrace. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. The staff was super friendly (especially one of the waitresses at the restaurant who is serving with a mask and also the older massage lady). The breakfast was delicious offering a great variety of food, but the prices at the restaurant are high if you have not included dinner in your stay. The spa is very good and there is an outside mineral pool, but only the one for kids was working.

Great accommodation and SPA.
Great accommodation and SPA. Spacious, well furnished room, very comfortable bed. Great mountain view. Warm in the room. No smells, or noises. Room was cleaned every day. Very good quinine at the restaurant.
The hotel is very nice - both pools inside and outside are great 👌 , the water temperature is about 29C, which doesn't make them too hot. The garden is well maintained and the entire area. We had included breakfast, it was completely fine. We had lunch at the beach bar, which is very comfortable during your pool stay during the day, we ate pizza there. We had also dinner at the restaurant every night. After that, you can take a cocktail from the lobby bar, they are excellent, I tried Mojito and Maitai.
Great SPA, especially the roman bath. Facilities are well maintained, pool including.
Reception was very helpful in solving an issue, because we wanted an apartment with a double jacuzzi, and it turned out there are few of the sort, but with smaller jacuzzis. The Hotel Manager succeeded to find the room from the pictures, and change our accommodation, so its fine.
The openness, the views, the pools - there are different temperature mineral pools, the food. Well, just about everything was exceptional.
Everything was well thought and made to be very comfortable for the guests. The number of rooms is well balanced with the facilities. There are people around you, but it doesn't feel overcrowded, like most other hotels.
This is my second stay at this hotel. I like that they pay extra attention to children. The hotel offers a bathrobe, a pillow, and a blanket according to the child's age. There's a children's menu at the restaurant as well. I also like the spa center - it is extremely clean and you can really relax there. The pools are big and the rooms are spacious.
Surrounded in nature, serene atmosphere, top notch facility, warm pools (31-32 degrees!). The studio rooms in the echo village (villas) are spacious and homy. And for a big family, 2 villas can be connected. One of the best hotels I’ve been in
I liked the proximity to Sofia, extremely large rooms, the food at the restaurant, as well as the fact that it wasn’t fully packed with guests, which is quite common for the spa hotels during weekends and school vacation periods
The hotel itself is amazing with super nice and luxurious atmosphere. The spa is great. The best part is definitely the springs outside where you have an amazing view of the mountains. Love the place , definitely going back.
Our stay at the Belchin Spring SPA Complex was AWESOME! Smiling and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice facilities and we had everything that we needed for a superb rest for the whole family!
The atmosphere and the SPA of the hotel, are the things that make me return to this place. Very good place to release the stress and recharge the batteries.
