I had to book accommodation on short notice due to a person I was meant to be visiting falling sick. This house was very well priced and in a location I like - outside the city, in beautiful natural settings. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had a very comfortable, welcoming vibe. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything I needed. Maren is an amazing host - she was there to help at all times. She is a naturally caring person with a heart of gold, she made sure I was happy and comfortable and even gave me a lift to the airport to save money on a taxi. She even brought me desert when she discovered I only had basic food to eat.
The Lodge Billund is only 300 metres from Legoland Amusement Park and 3 km from Billund International Airport. Wi-Fi internet is free, and all rooms have a flat-screen TV.

The location and surroundings are nice. Adjacent to a lush green forest, the hotel is also fairly close to Billund.
LEGOLAND Holiday Village is only 700 metres from LEGOLAND and next to Lalandia Water Park. On-site facilities include a landscaped park with a petting zoo and a children’s playground.

Randbol is scenic with friendly locals and provided a nice taste of local culture. The free shuttle bus to town and Vejle was fantastic but the times were not ideal. The first bus leaves after LegoLand and the Lego House open every day, so not ideal if you want to get there early. Great taxi service from town but can be expensive.
