Having stayed here previously, this stay again didn't disappoint. The hotel is ideally situated for our return drive to the UK, being only 20mins away from the Eurotunnel crossing. The hotel team are friendly, polite & professional. The evening meal is delightful with fixed menu options at a value for money cost. The bedrooms are clean & have all you need for a decent night's sleep. We'll stay again on our next drive into France.

Great location, perfect vantage point to explore the beautiful "Les Deux Caps" nature area and lovely cities like Touquet and Wissant. Quiet location. Beautiful, large garden with swimming pool. All facilities were clean. The room was large enough, and very comfortable.

The property was easy to find, manage and live in. A brilliant little home to stay in.
The is the ideal start and end to a trip to France.
The is the ideal start and end to a trip to France. No early morning crossings, just a convenient and less busy lunchtime or afternoon crossing, followed by a short drive to Le Wast, a warm welcome and a relaxing evening and superb dinner before setting off the next morning. The same on the way back with a relaxed crossing mid-morning to avoid the queues. All our European driving holidays start and end this way.

Beautiful and lovely pet friendly 'home' away from home even tho it was a hotel. We will most definitely stay again as it is only 20+/-minutes to the Chunnel crossing. A good mattress and a great shower are very important to me...this exceeded in both. Lovely grounds to walk the pooch.

If you are looking for a hotel convenient to the Calais...
If you are looking for a hotel convenient to the Calais terminals, this is a no brainer: why would you even look at Campanile, Formula 1, Brit Hotel when you could stay in a reasonably priced hotel located in a quiet village? The plus was the quality of the dinner. Better than a Hippopotamus and actually cheaper! My car was in complete security, which is not the case closer to Calais. This is a quiet village location, the drive to Eurotunnel check in took just 35 minutes. It is not Relais and Chateaux quality, but it is a good value for money hotel stop.
Fantastic, family run hotel within easy reach of the tunnel and ferry ports so perfect for a stop over on the way to or from a holiday in France and beyond. The restaurant is excellent, with a good choice of delicious, beautifully presented dishes and the “cheese cart” is wonderful! The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the newly decorated lounge area is the perfect place for a pre dinner drink. Can’t recommend this lovely hotel enough, it’s just lovely.
We had stayed two or three times before so we knew the high quality to expect; we were not disappointed. There is a refreshing traditional style of individual welcome and service, being shown personally to the room and ordering the evening meal over pre-dinner drinks in the lounge. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the evening meal and breakfast excellent. The hotel is set in extensive grounds, although we also went for a nice stroll around the village.
We have visited this hotel on a number of occasions due to its location being so convenient for the Channel Tunnel. The welcome is always warm and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Several different priced menus are available for dinner and alternatives are offered for a vegetarian diet. The food is always delicious and the main reason for our repeat visits. A Continental breakfast is provided with plenty of choice.
We were there on a sunny weekend. The beautiful garden and sunny terras, made our stay very relaxing.
The 3 course meal in the restaurant was more than enough and delicious.
Le Wast is a very small village in a beautiful area with many cycle routes.
Our room was on the top floor. The bathroom is modern with a good shower.
The staff is very friendly.
There is a big, free parking area on the grounds.
This hotel is a brilliant location for the ports & tunnel, & we enjoyed our stay. Madame gave us a lovely welcome, and was always on hand for help & advice. The restaurant and menus were fantastic, and service very good indeed. There was enough space around the hotel to walk our dog, although the information on Booking.com made me think the grounds were more extensive than they actually were.
Wonderful overnight stop before taking the channel tunnel. Excellent hotel, well run, friendly staff, room 35 was comfortable and quiet, with comfortable bed and powerful shower. I had a really good dinner in the restaurant. The owner and her staff were friendly and accommodating and managed the covid rules very well.
Gorgeous hotel, located in the middle of beautiful rural area. Excellent, helpful staff. Nice room and territory.
Perfect stay if you're looking for French rural experience.
