The staff (especially Ana) was fantastic, going out of her way to help make my wife's birthday special, as well as lots of other things. Her English was great.. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the town, but with river views and no noise in the room. Super highly recommended.. the breakfast was also incredible, tasty and filling.

We absolutely loved the waiter and the food at the hotel restaurant!! Beds and duvets were comfy! Location is good. Very close to the "national park" entrance. However, be aware: If you are interested in nature and hiking, this is not where to go. It is rather a quite horrible amusement park. The region is gorgeous. But for a day hike start elsewhere. (I think Likani. Not sure. Did not go. Did not have the time. Borjomi was our last stop.)
