Altough the view is beautiful, the location was very dissapointing. The house is located 840 m high, the road to get there is very bad, especially at night the sight is very bad. There is nothing near by, no supermarkt or restaraunt. You need to go all the wat down to the village. We wanted to have lunch, but everything in the nearest villages were closed so we had to go all the way to florence to get food. It also did not feel comfrotable in case of emergency, ambulance will not be able to come quick. We booked 3 nights, but left after 1st night.

It was a convenient stop on our bike ride from Bologna to Florence. Easy and friendly check in. Nice walk to the town of Dicomano. Bedroom was clean. Complementary glass of wine from the host.

The breakfast was great. Juices, good coffee, cheeses, yogurt, pastries, te, etc. I cannot complaint about the food options as there were many to choose from.
Agriturismo Colognole is 22 mi from Florence. Parking is free, and daily treks of the Parco Culturale di Monte Giovi park start on site.

The place is really very pleasant and welcoming.
The location is a bit far of the center of Tuscany, if you want to be at one place and travel every day (star trip) you should know it's a lot of traveling.
There is a very special restaurant in the place, Anna and Orlando who run the place are extraordinary! A great asset to the place.

Perfect place run by wonderful Ombretta and Roberto who go out of their way to make sure everything is according to your needs. Secluded in the hills of Tucscany, with nature and bird sounds around you. A lot of space and playground for your kids to run around, and the chicken coop is always interesting. Tuscan style rooms are spotlessly clean and of great size, and look so much better in person than in the pictures. There is a common laundry room that you can use, just buy the coins at the reception. Big parking on-site, with an electric car charger. Although it was not pool season, it still looked very well maintained. The nearest market is in Ponte a Poppi, about a 15min drive away. Cellphone coverage is almost non-existent, but the Wi-Fi is really good all around the property.
