The studio flat is very cosy and spacious, and the terrace is just a great place to relax. The flat is very well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The private parking is great peace of mind and the underground within easy reach allowing to not have to negotiate the city heavy traffic and complicated limited access system. Check-in and communication with the owners was smooth and friendly. We would definitely come back when in Milan again!

    I loved this place.

    I loved this place. Great host Moreno, he greeted us with a delicious red wine and made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had easy access to the local restaurants and shops. Moreno also gave us good advice re walking the Cinque Terre. For us the weather, the atmosphere and the whole experience was great. the breakfast was very simple but the coffee was perfect!

    An absolutely excellent apartment with an excellent pleasant owner and also its own parking in the yard. Only 5 min. walking distance from Pero metro station. Precisely clean 3+1 apartment with three toilets and showers, air conditioning. My whole family was thrilled with this house. There is a cheap pizzeria and a supermarket near the house. Super location for accommodation in Milan.

    This is a real apartment with all the facilities you would expect to find in one. It's possible to do some real cooking. Definitely nicer to spend time in than a hotel room. The place is also very new and it shows. The motorized shutters can be made to block absolutely all light from outside and there weren't many noises to interrupt my sleep either. The host was very responsive and nice.

    Carmen and David are Amazing hosts, super friendly and helpful. They responded very quickly to any questions. Location is very close to Fiera Milano, just walking distance. Perfect if you travel for any expo. The apartment is very nice, renovated, with all the appliances you need for a short or long stay.

    Host is easy to reach and friendly. The house is in a quiet residential area. Bathroom is big. Room isn't small, either. Both have windows. Heater works well. Water is hot. 100m away from metro station (Pero). It takes around 30 minutes to the center. Convenient.

    Fantastic location, Ideal for people visiting FieraMilano, literally 15min walk through a park to the main entrance. Free parking at apartment, free WIFI, Convenience store, Pharmacy and Pizzaria 2min walk away, Marco the owner was super helpful with everything we needed.

    If you have to be at Fiera Milano, B&B Fiera is a very good choice to be in walking distance. The owners worked very hard to be responsive to our requests. The property is simple but functional. We especially liked the Figlio di Massimo restaurant next door.
