Owner was super friendly. She gave us great instructions for things to do in nearby Pitigliano. Breakfasts were very tasty and plentiful. We ate dinner there one night and food was great. Definitely recommend this Locanda to anyone

The house is quite big. The view with the house was perfect. I strongly advise to go there as two couples.

Clean, comfortable and in the center of this charming town. Antonella accommodated our early arrival and her suggestion for lunch was excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

We travelled to Pitigliano for a long weekend in February. The town is lovely and well-situated as a base for local travel. We had a car; not sure how well one could get around with public transportation. The restaurants that were open were all very good, but many were closed for the season. It was nice not having a deluge of tourists to deal with, but later in the year when everything is open would probably be a better time to visit.

The picturesque town of Pitigliano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The old town has charming and beautiful buildings, artisan shops, a cathedral and a synagogue, and the Via Cave is perfect for an interesting country walk, with lots of history and stunning landscapes.

Pitigliano is 100% worth a visit and you have to explore the Vie Cave nearby. Good restaurants and bars for a nice aperitivo.
Parking is paid in the blu outlined parking spaces or free in the white ones (both in the new part of the town).
Sorana and Sovrano are also worth a visit either by a hike, bike ride or just a short drive.

One of the many beautiful borgos (Historic town centers) of Toscana with interesting thematic trails of the Etruscan and nature heritage around the town. If you are in good physical condition, do not miss at least some of these trails, which are adventurous also for children.

This town is a must-see!
This town is a must-see! I recommend a one night stay so that you can wander its streets at night and see the city all lightned up. Very charming medieval city with a few restaurants and a beautiful view. Very easy to get to the old town even though cars can’t park inside, but the parking outside the old town is very close.

It’s a lovely walled town on top of a hill with lovely views and interesting places to visit within the walls as well as not being too far from the hot springs at Saturnia. The only negative side was that November is not a great month to go as most of the restaurants/ eating places are closed down for their holidays but we did find a nice pizzeria just outside the walls.
Casetta Nella Fratta was a home away from home for us in the delightful village of Pitigliano. The hosts met us on arrival and made us feel most welcome. They were very generous and went out of their way to help us get to a train station some distance away. The apartment was filled with nicknacks gathered over the years, making it feel cosy and loved. There was also a spectacular view from a small balcony where you could have a coffee or whatever. Everything in the village was within close walking distance.
That was awesome, this location was the trip highlight of my 4 y/o kid. we booked a one bedroom apartment with one queen bed and a single bed. Parking was in front of our apartment with about 6 ft (1.5 m) distance to our apartment entrance door. two separate air condition that looks like brand new, working properly. Pool was great, we surrounded by vineyard and olive trees. a BBQ pit near the pool. For breakfast they gave us a breakfast basket with just 10 Euro that we could make BF for more than a day.
Nice house in the Tuscany countryside about 5 min drive from Pitigliano. We stayed in the ground apartment which has a nice terrace to the garden. The furniture in the terrace was older and shaky. Also the noise isolation between the floors is bad, we heard every move and step from upstairs apartment. You have to also additionally pay for gas consumption (heating and hot water - prepared by same gas boiler. During our stay the price was 6Eur/m3 of gas, so for 3 nights we pay 20eur for gas consumption.
For the price I wasn't expecting much but the room and bed were very comfortable. The location near Pitigliano was perfect for visiting the hilltop town and Saturnia hot springs. Good variety at breakfast and they made the coffee for us. Such a peaceful location and setting. We really enjoyed just relaxing the first day there. It was great to have the washing machine and clothes hanger. The balcony had a lovely outlook. They gave us a bottle of their organic wine.
Excellent attention to detail both in the accommodation and the staff. Un-prompted texted pre-communication regarding traffic restrictions and parking space location. Nice welcome and mini-guided explanation of the major attributes of Pitigliano on the short walk between the parking space and the property. Perfect location in the heart of the town, but with effectively sound insulated windows, and silent but effective air conditioning.
Km0 is right in the heart of this breathtakingly beautiful ancient mountain village. We just walked out the door to shops, restaurants and views. It’s a no-car city and the parking for the hotel is a few blocks away but the owner gave us excellent directions and came to meet us We had two large very separate rooms for two couples with a shared bath with excellent shower. Worked out perfectly
Location was superb, very central although the apartment was in a quite part of town. The apartment had a big double room, a kitchenette and a very spacious bathroom. The space was rustic but extremely comfy and if we had more time to spend in Pitigliano we surely would have spent also more time in the apartment - it felt like home away from home.
The house is a very typical house (and as so also small). The furniture and the decorations were carefully chosen to maintain the atmosphere of the old times, but at the same time to meet the needs of today. It's on the old center of Pitigliano (and so not accessible by car), which allows a fully experience.
Excellent place, beautiful and comfortable.
And perfect location for visiting Pitigliano and other gem towns around.
The hosts are doing everything to make you feel welcome and well cared.
And the home-made dinner was fabulous!
Warm recommendations to all types of visitors - couples and families with kids
The family that own this farm are wonderful and they have made this the perfect experience. The optional diners are 5 star everything is made fresh and with love. They grow all their own vegetables and make their own wine. The 13th century hill town of Pitigliano is just down the way. ❤️❤️
Fantastic area to visit Pitigliano, lots of trails nearby to hike and close to hot springs.
Lovely family run farm, all organic local produce and wonderful breakfast and dinner (reserve by 10am).
Nice area around the pool to relax with the possibility of an afternoon cocktail.
Amazing setting in the Tuscan countryside, close to the beautiful medieval town of Pitigliano and the hot sulphur springs. Tranquility amongst the grapevine and olive trees.
Sara was a super helpful host, stayed for 3 nights, would definitely recommend ☺️
This was our favourite place on our Tuscan trip. The rooms are very nice, but what makes this place special is the garden and the landscape surrounding it. It feels peacefully isolated, yet is very close (by car) to Pitigliano and other towns.
The house is so cozy, very pretty and super well decorated, with all the necessary utilities. All the details are amazing. Anna is a very caring and great host! If I'll ever go back to Pitigliano, I'll stay at her place again for sure!
beautiful room location not far from Pitigliano by car. but in a lovely peaceful area. great breakfast and the family is just beautiful definitely recommend staying here
