El tracte del personal és molt bo, tant de la gent de l'hotel com del restaurant. Tot l'espai està molt net i l'hotel en si és molt nou. L'entorn no és el més bonic, però el tenen molt ben arreglat. Just al costat de l'hotel hi ha una entrada al parc, molt agradable per passejar. Dos dies ens van fer esmorzar per emportar perquè no ens anaven bé els horaris.
