The desk staff were absolutely brilliant, helping us with our trip over 5 days continuously. The bar staff and room cleaning were excellent. The transit to the airport was superb, every day when we linked to bus services to Guamaries and Braga. Not only was I amazed but it has changed my view on how to take a short city break. all of the accomodations were good. Breakfast was very good , many selections. Room was spacious with balcony overlooking pool area, very nice. Staff were extremely helpful in every aspect. Location also very good for both public transit as well as easy access to highways and geetting to the airport
