The staff are exceptional - going above and beyond to answer questions and ask me how my stay is throughout. They addressed any concerns immediately and were phenomenal. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the spa as well as the laundry service. It was super quick and they even mended a dress for me that I didn't explicitly ask to, they're just so truly thoughtful! The hotel is a quick 10 minute walk east to the old town. Highly highly recommend this hotel!

Good location. Great, helpful staff. The pool is awesome! And bathtub is an extra bonus. The staff - Linh and Tuyet (and a maid) are going extra miles to make your stay comfortable. I didn't see a lot of staff so I assume that they are very hard working. Bycicle for free don't expect for racing.

Fantastic location a short walk to the old quarter but in a quiet alley. Rooms were spacious and clean. Couldn't speak highly enough about the staff so helpful! Would highly recommend :)

Very conveniently located hotel with truly the warmest staff. Upon arrival, the receptionist Min, took her time to introduce me to Hoi An, including all the must-try activities, food spots, tailors, and tours, etc. which made exploring this quaint little town so easy. The cooking tour recommended by the hotel was my absolute favourite activity in Hoi An. Beautiful and cozy room that has everything you could ever need, comfortable bed, not to mention the amazing water pressure :) I truly loved my stay here; the hotel and each and every personnel here were truly the highlight of my trip, and I can’t say enough good things about it!

Really loved the owners Tran and Loi - very warm and welcoming. The receptionist Hien was very informative, helpful and extremely expressive. Great location, staffing, and the banana pancakes are the Bomb!
