just about everything was superb. The house is very ample, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, excellent layout with a homely and comfortable living area. The house has more than you can possible use on a short visit including BBQ and washing machine with everything needed for their use. The gardens are nicely landscaped and the location is absolutely amazing. on the top of a hill, surrounded by vegetation and the views to the surrounding valleys, Pacific Ocean and islands is breathtaking. The house was takes full advantage of the views with the bedrooms and living room facing them with huge windows and a lovely terrace to sit on and enjoy. By far our best accommodation in Costa Rica.

Great place - multiple buildings, some with hotel-like rooms (but very spacious) and some that were for a family. Shared building in middle of compound with kitchen and living area (and where the wifi worked best!). Lovely grounds with lots of places to sit and bird/animal watch. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and a small market - location was great. 10-15 minute walk to Monteverde centro, 30-40 minute walk to St Elena centro. The "compound" would be amazing for a family trip where people want to have both shared and private space.

Excellent accommodation in a private, gated area with three houses. Keys are collected from the reception of a property meters down the road. The pool was heated and an unexpectedly great amenity after long days hiking through cloud forests or going to adventure parks. We prepared our own meals in the kitchen, which was reasonably provisioned. A dehumidifier in the property was a great addition and while there was no air conditioning, it wasn't needed during our July visit. Quiet, clean and overall a great home during our stay in Monteverde. Parking on site and behind the gate is provided for each house.

Her property is a great find and just a few minutes walk away from restaurants and shops, with an amazing view of the mountains. The property is great - assuming you are coming to Monteverde to see birds, feel the clouds, and enjoy local foods! This place has it all. Our party of 4 couples had the whole place to ourselves - we did have some noisy convesations and laughters. We did some impromptu shows at the amphitheater - what a cool place. Every morning we saw several guided tour groups setting up telescopes trained to the trees in the property, while we simply stood on balcony, coffee in hand. Andrea was great in getting what we wanted. highly recommended!

We felt really spoiled in this treehouse so closed to the road, but also in the middle of the forest. The main bedroom has 180 views to the forest, while the living room has also a beautiful view towards a terrace. Every morning we had our private birds show in the trees in front of the terrace. My husband was working outside, and the birds weren’t shy at all to sit very closed to him and show of their colorful plumage. We were only two, but the cabin can fit four comfortably. And it has two bathrooms which we really appreciated it. The kitchen had all the tools a cook could dream of, but we only used a few. 😊 Definitely, a place to recharge and enjoy the nature.
