We got the unit on the second floor. It had 2 bedrooms. Super comfy 200cm width bed. Fully equipped kitchen though the kitchen is outdoors, might not fit everyone. For us it was great. Barely any mosquitoes even outdoors. Nice place to buy fruits 5 minutes walk and a big organic supermarket less than 10 minutes walk. The beach is very close to the flat, big waves but we built sand castles with our baby so it was fine. It was very relaxing stay in a peaceful environment. They even have a laundry machine and were very responsive to all our requests. Felt very secluded. 10 minutes walk from the Jaguar Rescue Center.

The best service I have ever experienced, our host Eric was there for us at any time, we were able to spot many animals on the property, including sloths, tucans, iguanas and green frogs. The breakfast was always prepared freshly for us when we sat down and the kitchen staff managed to surprise us every day. Every morning coffee was brought to our rooms before we woke up.

The villas are very well equipped to cook anything you like! You can tell the person in charge cares about maintenance and does a good job at it. The pool was cleaned everyday, I asked for more sheets and towels and they were provided right away. Communication was excellent and easy via Whatsapp. Highly recommended for a group of four or family with kids. Very private, you can hear the monkeys howling and all kinds of birds chirping. Close to all main beaches (Cocles, Puerto Viejo and my fave, Punta Uva).

The house is well equipped and the atmosphere is great if you are looking for a unique (but still comfortable) jungle experience. The national park is just behind the house, monkeys, colobris and other cute animals were regular visitors. It is close to the town, so you can easily find everything you need.

Set in Puerto Viejo, Villas de la Luz Conga offers accommodation with a private pool, a balcony and pool views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We really enjoyed our stay, the place is beautiful with nature all around and can view or hear animals close which is very cool and relaxing. The house was very clean and has all you need to cook and have a good stay. Wifi worked with no issues and the pool was great. Rick was a great host and would always respond to any concerns we had no complaint at all. Will definitely come back

Boasting a garden, Casas Del Mar is situated in Manzanillo in the Limon region, a few steps from Manzanillo Beach and 8.9 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. We were most interested in finding a spot close to the beach, away from crowds, close to reef for snorkeling and nature preserve for walking. Casas Del Mar checked all of those boxes. We were able to visit the livelier communities such as Cahuita, Puerto Viejo, and Punta Uva, but then retreat to Manzanilla and the quiet (waves, birds, and monkeys) that we had hoped for… We were there for a weekend and a holiday during our one week stay, and the beach and community was a destination for locals during those days, but even then pretty quiet after dark and in the mornings.
