Hotel Restaurant Chartreuse in Hünibach is located at a 2-km distance from Thun, just 200 metres from the beach and the ship pier at Lake Thun. Very clean place. The food was delicious. The stuff was friendly and we just enjoyed our staying. Thank you very much! We highly recommend this place.

The bus stop is right across the street for trips into Thun. The public bus service is free for tourists who book and stay in accommodation in the area. The WiFi was fast and strong. The room had a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and water pressure is very good in the shower. Parking was very good but after we had booked the room with free parking the hotel tried to charge us for the parking. It was eventually resolved after we presented the free parking confirmation. Staff (particularly Patricia) on the front desk were very helpful.
