We just booked for groups by booking.com.There was written pay at the property.We did payment guarantee by credit card.When we just present at hotel in midnight 🕛 they said they canceled our booking!It was terrible situation with groups because we were almost 50 people!After that one Staff Who can speak Italian May be her Name Andrea she helped us lot.She was so kind & Gentle.So finally she risolved our Problems.Fortunately hotel was additional free rooms for our groups.Best Wishes For that Girls 👧
