This was a last minute booking and I was really impressed with the service. Stayed from the 1-3 of July . I booked Hotel Bella Napoli but it seems they have another hotel which is Hotel SANT'ANGELO PALACE, that was where I stayed. Came to Hotel Bella Napoli and the guy at the reception was very kind to escort me to the other hotel because my phone was down, I forgot his name but he was very kind. A big shout to Luigi and Cesare at the reception, they were amazing and friendly. Vittoria at the breakfast was really kind, the breakfast was top notch, they had everything and more, best breakfast I’ve seen in most hotels. Lastly, the cleaners were nice too, they asked if I needed more towels or anything at all. The hotel was very clean which I appreciated a lot. And I was given a bottle of wine which was so nice of them.

The location is good and you can get very fast anywhere! Stuff vas very polite and easy going and always there to help. I highly recommend this hotel its great place.
