The room is O.K. size for Japan (for that price) and has all amenities. In the lobby they have storage for your luggage, before or after your stay, and there is an "amenities bar" (toothbrush, robe, tea etc). You can also borrow an umbrella on a rainy day.

Stayed in a premium double .The size of the room was great the shower room in the bathroom was excellent .These guys don’t miss a thing when it came to shampoos ect there were more products in the bathroom that you could point a stick at .The view was amazing .The concierge was very helpful when helping us book tickets to the aquarium.I mentioned it was my birthday and that afternoon when we arrived back there was a nice little box of chocolates and a card .Walked out one day and it was raining the door man was quick to offer a umbrella .Great service great location ,just a great experience all round .Would stay here any time I was in Osaka

The staff were very friendly. The location was awesome, 5-10 mins walk to the shopping and food area! The hot spring was relaxing. After a long day of walking, a good relaxing hot spring was a good treat.
