The stuff from the check-in to that in the breakfast restaurant take their time to make sure that you are heard. There was no issue with the language as everyone was speaking perfect English. The night shift staff at the check-in time Mr. Anmar, Omer and Faysal were the best. Amin Rahman at the breakfast restaurant was doing excellent Job. The variety of food for the breakfast is simply the best. We really liked the room and the pillows were too good to forget the tiredness you get from performing Umrah and simply fell asleep. There is a dedicated mosque for male and female with direct sound from the Haram.

The experience was made truly exceptional by the exceptional staff, especially Sultan and Fahd, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their welcoming smiles and unwavering kindness truly made a difference in my trip. Sultan and Fahd's availability and willingness to assist with any request were remarkable. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also arranged for a more convenient room for my parents and me, ensuring our utmost comfort. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay unforgettable. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Hadi, who was available to help us with our luggage and made the check-out process easy. Thank you, Nour Al Thuria Hotel, for having such an incredible team that made my stay truly exceptional. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit, thanks to the warm and caring staff who made all the difference.

Walking distance to the Haram and with a regular shuttle bus talking you there too if you want to use it. The shuttle is nice on the way back as it's a bit uphill. While we booked a regular double room, we got an upgrade to a Presidential Suite which was amazing. Huge windows with a direct view of the Haram, a nice spacious living area, dining table and a mini kitchen along with a big bedroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed
