Boris explained to us the area, the public transport and how to get from his place to Manhattan. The room was spacious and clean, the common areas, kitchen and lounge room, were available until 10 pm. Other guests turned out to be interesting to talk to about their travel experience and their home countries. Boris, who is an amazing artist, might offer you to sit for a portrait. He is accommodating and helpful, and he is real.

On street parking is free but hit or miss, so I took advantage of optional parking on the property which was reasonably priced and hassle free. No driving around looking for a place to park late at night. Price was competitive with hotels in the area or slightly less. Would stay here again without hesitation.
