I had a balcony with a view of the city which was a great addition. They have a great rooftop, and very helpful and friendly staff. If you like Williamsburg it's a great location and getting to the city is very easy with the L train.

I was upgraded by the Manager Om due to my original room not being in conditions . Him together with Alex were exceptional in treating me to have a great experience which I did.
