A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We had a quiet spacious Premium King room, which had a huge comfortable bed and views towards the river. The large bathroom was great and had plenty of free toiletries. The hotel location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. At check-in, Chanel, kindly gave us some lovely sparkling wine to take to our room as it was my birthday celebration. Thank you so much.

We had a very lovely suite, with plenty of space and a mini-kitchen to store food. It felt like a home away from home. Very clean, and well equipped. We also had a nice view towards the lake. Every staff member we met was super helpful and very friendly. We chose this hotel based on the location (and safety) and we definitely were not disappointed. :) Very central, busy with tourists also in the late hours, so we felt very safe at all times.

This high-rise downtown Chicago hotel offers panoramic views of Michigan Ave and the vibrant Magnificent Mile. It features an indoor pool, a Starbucks Café and an on-site restaurant. The location is perfect! Erin at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Concierge was also very helpful to all 7 of us.
