Very friendly professional staff, super clean, great reception area and the rooftop bar looked amazing! Fabulous location too. Also, very sweet of them to bring me cake on my birthday, totally unexpected!

It was perfect staying in NYC! Location 10/10, the staff is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Morning coffee and croissants were tasty and good breakfast opportunity. Hope to see u soon♥️

Offering a restaurant, 3 West Club is located in Midtown New York. Each room here offers seasonal air-conditioning, free WiFi, a coffee maker, cable TV, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Best NYC location. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing like other NYC hotels.
