My stay was pleasant and staff was courteous. On request, they have extended the check out time as well and definately will recommend others as well.

City Hall Park is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Centrally located at 85 West Broadway on the corner of Chambers Street, Smyth is nestled in the heart of Tribeca. the staff was very good, the hotel was great, perfect location and good size of the room

This 4-star New York City hotel is in the Tribeca neighborhood, across the street from trendy SoHo shopping. It offers guest rooms, a 24-hour gym and a restaurant. The front desk staff was really friendly. Even the morning I left, they walked me to the train station and assisted with my bag all the way through. Exceptional service!

The hotel staff acted quickly and with enough anticipation in order to warn me of problem with my corporate card. It gave me time to address it with my travel agency before check-in.

Surrounded by art galleries and shops in the lively Tribeca neighbourhood of lower Manhattan, this hotel offers TV and free Wi-fi Rooms at Sonder l Duane Street are furnished with hardwood floors, and... Staff were great and really helpful. Facilities were great, comfortable bed and quiet. Really liked that you could replenish coffee/towels/bathroom amenities yourself from the lobby.
