We were in town 10 days for knee surgery. The location was excellent very close to the hospital. The room was spacious which was a big plus since we had to stay in the room most of the time. Breakfast was excellent even when we went down at the last minute they had plenty of fresh food out. The staff was wonderful, especially Roberta at the front desk. She made us feel like we were special guest in her home.

Located in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, this modern hotel is 750 metres from Pike Place Market and 1.6 km from downtown Seattle. Great stay at the Ace Hotel. Everything was super clean and comfortable.

The location was great. Restaurants, malls and stores close by. Walked from hotel to the Market & Pier most days, but we don’t mind walking a bit to get around. Uber’s we a great option as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel at night and wondered what the empty shelves by the elevators were for. It was a pleasant surprise in the morning when they were full of hot coffee, fruit, granola bars, cereal, milk, juice and yogurt, especially on the days when the breakfast room was busy. Was wonderful to walk over and grab coffee (with flavoured creamers I might add) and head back to the room and enjoy. I believe this was on each floor. There is a great little Italian place right next door to the hotel as well as a star bucks and subway across the street. Lots of unique restaurants nearby as well. We were accidentally charged for room service our kids paid for with cash and when I asked about it at check out there were no problems getting our money back. There is a cute little pub to sit at in the common area as well as nice cold ice water set out to drink. This was important to us as it was very hot during our time in Seattle. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Was a great bang for our buck!

This luxury boutique hotel is in the heart of downtown Seattle located between the popular Belltown district and Lake Union. The hotel was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Andrew the manager was especially great! Very friendly and caring.

Este hotel boutique está situado a 1 quarteirão da estação de metrô de superfície Westlake Ave & Olive Way, no centro de Seattle. A localização é excelente! Como eu estava sozinha, me preocupei em encontrar um hotel bem localizado e esse era perfeito! Os funcionários são super atenciosos. Todo dia tem happy hour, para que você possa conhecer novas pessoas. Gostei muito! O quarto também era ótimo. Próxima vez que for à Seattle, com certeza ficarei lá novamente.
