The bed was comfortable and the whole room was comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The great plus was prepared breakfast basket for the first night.

Gillian was a very gracious host, so warm and welcoming. The room was fantastic, well heated, comfortable and impeccably clean. I hadn't originally booked breakfast with our stay but was able to add it on arrival paying cash by the day for the delicious continental breakfast. With a fantastic view of the mountains from the breakfast room. The B&B is only a few minutes walk from the charming town of portree or an even shorter drive. Gillian had contacted us prior to our visit with some local restaurants for dinners which was greatly appreciated and booking in advance is essential as the town is very popular. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for any stay.

Taransay House, Small Hotel í Portree býður upp á gistirými sem eru aðeins fyrir fullorðna, bar og sameiginlega setustofu. Everything was superb from the moment we arrive! The food, the hotel itself and both Murdo and Scott are very hospitable and friendly. I love how we don't have to worry about our meals (breakfast and dinner) and we can just chill and relax and enjoy! The food is Michelin star grade and we were grateful how Scott would check and customize them to our preference. The room is spacious, modern, comfortable and the bath tub is huge!! Murdo did a great job in explaining to us how to get around and the places we should visit. Thank you so much ❤️🌈 would definitely be back if i were to visit skye again!

Our hosts were fantastic, they made us feel so welcome, gave us plenty of recommendations about what to do and where to go, the breakfast foods provided were lovely and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was great, only a short walk to the town centre. The bed was so comfortable.

Seal Cottage er 13 km frá Portree, aðeins 41 km frá Talisker Distillery. Boðið er upp á gistirými við ströndina með garði, einkastrandsvæði, verönd og ókeypis WiFi. Super cute and cozy cottage. The owner was very nice and gave great recommendations, he also had an adorable puppy we got to meet. All of the personal touches were very appreciated. Clean, cozy, quiet. Spent mornings watching the waters through the window and nights falling asleep gazing at the brightest stars I’ve ever seen. Seal Cottage is a special place.

Carters Rest Guesthouse í Milovaig býður upp á gistirými sem eru aðeins fyrir fullorðna. Það er garður og sameiginleg setustofa með stórum sófum og arni á staðnum. The warm hosts make you feel welcome. The rooms are very nice and there are a lot of details in the B&B that make you feel special. The location is outside of the big tourist attractions which was for us a benefit. The breakfast is wonderful but what makes it at great experience is the option to eat in in the evening a la carte! They can make you unbelievable dishes (a star rating level). And they have a good car charger (32A/21 kW AC).

Amazing view with outdoor furniture to sit at and enjoy in the evening. Comfortable bed. Lovely staff - friendly, helpful and have suggestions of things to do. Even though my room was next to reception and the dining/lounge it was quiet and this did not bother me at all.
