This was the 2nd hotel we moved to in Goa and we were very grateful for it. Big difference from where we came from. It’s very clean. The host is super professional, and the keeper Manuel was on point with providing us anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a place to stay in! Nandita and her family were very hospitable, helpful, and provided us with tons of good information. Room was cleaned every day and they look corespondent to the pictures. P.s. Awesome Baga Deck restaurant and bar that was just around the corner open 24/7 (recommended by Nandita) and the beach is close

Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store. Very pretty guesthouse and perfect room with little kitchen and bathroom, also nice communal area for chilling out. Loved how peaceful and private it is!

Jeanette and Clifton are so warm, proud of their heritage home and business, and it shows. All the staff is extremely friendly and professional. And the place is pristine clean. Perfect location. Beautiful, relaxed rooftop. Will stay here in the future and will recommend it to anyone going to Goa. Can’t wait to return.
