Situated in Santa Marta, Viajero Santa Marta Hostel features accommodation with a terrace swimming pool and a rooftop bar with a city view. This was my second stay at the hostel. The staff is really nice and helpful (special thanks to Maria), the pool/bar area is wonderful, and the dorms are very clean and spacious. And there's hot water in the shower!

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Masaya Casas Viejas is set 30 minutes away from Minca in the Magdalena Region by 4x4 or motorcycle, and 12 mi from Santa Marta. Wow, where should I start? Well this Hostel was DEFINITELY something new for us and we had such a good time! On our drive up to the Hostel we thought we were going to die (haha), but it was all so worth it. The views of the jungle are breathtaking, the pool is stunning, food is soooooo good and healthy, activities are great (the hikes and the yoga - loved it!) We met so many nice travelers as well and the staff was such a great team. Thank you soooo much guys, we would recommend this place to everyone <3

I only stayed 1 night but would’ve loved staying more nights there! I needed a room with 2 beds. The unit that was given to me included 2 queen size beds, with its pillows, sheets, and a covering against mosquitos (but it was not needed! The unit was clean and cozy, and the price was really good! The staff was amazing, Julia the owner was really nice, Steffany the cook, prepared a delicious dinner, and all the staff was nice, even Jualia’s son was quite adorable and has my name “Alvaro”. The hostel is around 45 min away from town, and you gotta climb a lot of hills, but it is worth the experience. In general I’d recommend this hotel!

Beautifully located an a hill, with a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of Minca, this Casa Quinta is the perfect spot for everyone looking for a place to relax. It has a nice outdoor lounge area with hammocks, a private mirador 5min up the hill to watch the sunset, a beautiful garden, a well equipped kitchen, a bar in the afternoon, nice rooms, and friendly staff. Almost everyone we talked to wanted to stay at least a day longer than originally booked and for us it was clear why.

(they're safe don't worry). I was a little skeptical and thinking "where the hell am I". I was quickly brought to my dorm room, no one was there - after coming from parting in Cali this was needed. I basically paid £9 or 45,000 pesos for a private ensuite Gonzalo looked after me and we had conversations through Google translate. He was so accommodating. Doing laundry, being attentive with delicious food. I would most certainly come back again. Remember to being cash - as most places in Tayrona take cash only. La Fonda were very accommodating and took care and so did Tayrona entrance I'd recommend this place to anyone, it is the essence on tranquil

Objekat Imagine hostel se nalazi u gradu Santa Marta, na manje od 1 km od znamenitosti Plaža Bahía de Santa Marta, a u ponudi ima klimatizovane smeštajne jedinice i bar. The staff is extremely friendly and the hostel super clean. We stayed one night and left in the morning for Tayrona. The location is perfect if you want to take a bus somewhere as it is only a five-minute-walk to the bus station. The breakfast is good! We could leave our luggage at the hostel for two days while being in the nationalpark - for free! When we came back we were allowed to shower. Great hostel, can only recommend!

An amazing hostel in the middle of the jungle, just a few minutes walk from the road between Santa Marta and Tayrona. A great family hosting you to make you feel at home away from home, wonderful vegetarian food, spacious rooms, super comfy beds, great laid back atmosphere, and don't forget to ask for the ginger beer...
