This historic old-west boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Groveland, CA is a short 30-minute drive to the entrance of Yosemite National Park. Pine Mountain Lake is less than 5 minutes away. Hotel Charlotte has an in-house restaurant and bar, Charlotte's Tavern, serving lunch and dinner from 11-3 and 5-8:30. We have outdoor and balcony dining, too. Hotel Charlotte is surrounded by a variety of local eateries, shops, and coffee houses all within walking distance. Don't judge the look from the outside. It's clean and (probably) has been renovated recently. The room is spacious. The bathroom is huge.

The River Rock Inn is Mariposa's oldest motel. Located 40 minutes’ drive from Yosemite National Park, River Rock Mariposa Inn features a spacious sun terrace. Free WiFi, free parking is included in all rooms. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. And the quickest check in! Breakfast at the deli onsite was excellent!

Located in Stanislaus National Park, just 2 miles from Pinecrest Lake, this inn in Strawberry offers rooms with cable TV. A restaurant and full bar is located on site.

A coffee maker is included in each room at Strawberry Inn. A seating area is also provided. Clean rooms, Great location, Good staffs!! We had memorable times with kids in Ski season. The staffs were friendly for travelers, we were really relaxed in there. One of our recommendations was Strawberry Hamburger in the restaurant. If you have a chance, try it!

The Quality Inn Yosemite Valley Gateway hotel in Mariposa, CA is located near the junction of California's famous Highway 49, known as California's Golden Chain, and State Route 140, the all-year access to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley and Yosemite National Park. It is close to Yosemite NP. Mariposa is a nice town with good restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

The Quality Inn near Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort hotel is conveniently located just four miles from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, with nearby shuttle to and from the resort every 30 minutes during the ski season. The rooms were large, clean & quiet. The parking was great. The breakfast, albeit typical american, was not bad, and quite some options to choose from. The staff was very nice and we liked the heated pool to relax a bit after the long roads.

Select suites offer relaxing spa baths, fireplaces and murphy beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our TV was not working in our room and the staff went out of their way to give us a new TV.
