Biltmore Estate
Vanderbilt’s French Renaissance-style estate contains 35 bedrooms, 43 bathrooms and 65 fireplaces – so you can expect a long and fascinating tour. Biltmore is considered America’s largest private home, and the wealth of detail in each ornate room is truly astounding. The surrounding 8,000 acres of gardens were designed by the same architect responsible for Central Park, and make for a lovely walk.

Well worth the ticket price. First time visitor .
Well worth the ticket price. First time visitor . Even though I have not done so myself ( Yet), I believe that an Annual Pass is probably worth the extra price, especially if one is within a few hours driving distance of Asheville. I would imagine the seasonal blooms would make each trip different. Be prepared for crowds though, especially in this era of social distancing. Dont think there is ever an off season there !

Biltmore estate is outrageously priced.
Biltmore estate is outrageously priced. Lodging is sky high. If you're going, buy the house tour ticket that comes with access to the grounds. We've been on the house tour several times so on this trip we just wanted to visit the winery and surrounding shops. They wanted to charge us $50.00 per person just to have access to the grounds.

There are more attractions spread out into seperate areas on the Estate. Be prepaired to do some walking. Not too handicap friendly. Long distances from Handicap parking lots with uphill grades hard on those pushing wheel chairs. There are closer drop off points for those who are passengers. It was raining the day we had passes so didn't enjoy the visit. Had it been a good day my coments may have been better. The inside of the mansion was as beautiful as I had remembered it.

This is a really great place to visit but quite expensive.
This is a really great place to visit but quite expensive. We visited during the pandemic, and unfortunately many attractions that were supposed to be included closed down early with no notice. It was very disappointing because we had planned to spend more time there. It is a beautiful place. I think I would like to go back one day and get the whole experience.

It is an amazing property.
It is an amazing property. We did the Legacy of the Land tour and I did the Rooftop tour as well as the house tour. We also ate at the Stable Restaurant for lunch. A little pricey, but fun to do if you want the ambiance.

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. It was tucked away off the interstate. The location is ideal. It is located right off the interstate exit but surprisingly quiet. It's the only hotel located there so that may be why. And it's a short driving distance to everything we needed. We were only about a 5 minute drive to the gates of the Biltmore Estate.
Renovated motel rooms with nice, very comfortable vibe; great pet walking area; good breakfast; super friendly and helpful staff; scenic location; 5 mins to downtown / Biltmore Estate & Village by car. Incredible value (we stayed in mid February off-season). Totally surpassed our expectations - way better than most chain hotels/motels!
We were in Asheville to visit the Biltmore Estate, and the location of your property could not have been any more convenient, just across the street from the entrance to Biltmore. The room itself was very clean and ready for us at the expected time. While it may seem a unimportant to most, the size of the bathroom, especially the shower was awesome, almost spa-like! And the breakfast also exceeded our expectations in quality and quantity of choices. We look forward to staying here again soon!
The location is outstanding as it is only a few minutes to the Biltmore estate. You are literally minutes from restaurants, shopping, hospital and grocery stores. It was perfect for a 4 day getaway to Asheville, NC. Loved the firepit and hot tub outside.
We didn't eat there. My granddaughter and I where traveling and decided to stop in Asheville to see the Biltmore Estate. It was a last minute thing. Searched on line for hotels close to the estate. This last minute stop turned out perfect! The hotel was conveniently located. We were meet by a host that was so sweet and very informative on directions to the Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and comfortable accommodation. Perfect stay.
The breakfast area is nice and cozy but offers the typical hotel breakfast. Good enough for what we were doing. Juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, waffle, cereal, apples, bananas, oranges, toast, bagels, etc... The Hotel provides a shuttle the will take you downtown and to the River Arts District, and I can say this was a wonderful feature. We Ubered from the airport and back and to the Biltmore estate but utilized the free shuttle service the rest of the time. So Grateful for that.
Best breakfast I have ever had at a B and B. Hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. I booked this inn at the last minute and was happily surprised by the social hour with complimentary wine and cheese in the evening. I made friends with two other guests and we went to the Biltmore estate together the next day. My room was charming, the bed was comfy. I would give the Inn more than five stars. I will definitely come back when I return to Asheville.
Staff were extremely helpful, courteous, attentive. Facilities were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Location was close enough to walk to shops and dining in Biltmore Village, and at dining at the hotel next to it. Easy access to the Biltmore Estate and Ashville.
Last minute plan to stay on site at the Biltmore Estate. The Village Hotel exceeded our expectations. The adjoining Antler Village was a refreshing change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season. Truly felt like we were living in a Hallmark Movie :)
