This was a wonderful experience.
This was a wonderful experience. Bring a permanent marker or paint marker to write your messages to Elvis or sign the wall! The space is serene and the love his fans had for him is evident. A great place to visit. Come to the gates between 7:30 and 8:30 am to visit the meditation garden and see the gravesites of Elvis and his family. It is worth the time!

The Mansion is small - and disappointing that tourists can't go upstairs in the Mansion. But the museum/exhibition is brilliant, with great information and fabulous exhibits - especially the clothes!

You will need at least 3-4 hours to tour the house, museums, planes, etc. at Graceland. There's also food available at Graceland. Very nice tours/guided and self tours in the museums of memorabilia and lots of "souvenir" opportunities.LisaUnited States of America - 10Scored 10
We absolutely loved Graceland.
We absolutely loved Graceland. I had heard that it is very tacky but I thought it was beautiful. It was amazing to see his house keys, wallet and other personal items belonging to the King. The memorial to Elvis in the garden was very moving. Unfortunately, there are crowds to contend with but I guess that is to be expected.

Being a long time Elvis fan, I found our Graceland mansion...
Being a long time Elvis fan, I found our Graceland mansion and surrounds to be a most rewarding experience. This was our 4th visit to Graceland since 1990 and each visit has been well worth the long travel from Melbourne Australia. Of course, visiting Graceland and Memphis for Elvis' 8th birthday celebration was an unforgettable experience. We were thrilled to be involved in the celebrations and amazed by the development (guest house, museum, soundstage etc) since our last visit in 2008.
