We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Exceptional experience! The hotel staff were incredibly kind and always in a great mood and ready to help or do the best for us. I can't stress the hospitality level enough! The room was fantastic, with a stunning view of Jungfrau mountain (even from just a standard double room). The breakfasts were the cutest I have ever seen: a wide variety of food served in small jars. Also, the food was refilled all the time, even only a few mins before breakfast time was over! My partner and I were always a bit late and stayed in the dining area after 10 am, and no one was ever rushing us out; the staff was always kind and friendly to us. 10/10!

Location very good ( view is excellent ) , good shared kitchen facility ( kitchen has all required utensils), even shared accommodation has enough bathroom ( cleanly maintained) , excellent place to stay with family... For the price they charged facility is beyond expectations.. location is walkable to bus station . Free drinking water.
