Ruths is simply wonderful and will definitely be amongst the top ten of hotels we have visited over the years. The place is charming with a professional and personable staff. The atmosphere is lovely and the decor very pleasant and extremely well thought out. A welcoming place with a lot of charm and sesaside history!

Brøndums Hotel in Skagen is authentic Danish cultural history and has been a gathering point and meeting place in Skagen since the time of the Skagen Painters. I had such a wonderful stay at Brøndum’s. The staff were beyond helpful, the breakfast included was so much more than I expected, and the hotel was exceptionally clean (and historic!). I stayed in the Admiral’s Garden (annex). I’d highly recommend it if you are on a budget. The room was very spacious, had a sink, storage and amenities. There was no problem sharing the private bathroom facilities, especially in November.

Located in Hulsig, 16 km from Grenen Sandbar Spit, Hotel Inger provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Cozy atmosphere in wonderful surroundings. Feels like a time capsule back to the 60’s or 70’s. A wonderful place to enjoy that classic Danish summer feeling.

This family-run hotel is situated in Skagen’s historic district, Østerby, 350 metres from the harbour. A public beach is less than 5 minutes’ walk away. Beautifully decoratedl property with an impeccable breakfast. I wanted to stay longer just for the breakfast. Also the staff were so friendly and kind. Loved the flexible bicycle rental - highly recommended to go to the end of the peninsula with a bicycle if you are fit enough! Bicycles were well maintained, no issues at all.

Color Hotel Skagen is 5 minutes’ walk from Frederikshavnsvej Train Station. It offers fine dining and free private parking. Leisure options include a sauna and outdoor pool and spa. Perfect dog friendly hotel. Helpful staff, very good breakfast. Very nice outdoor heated swimming pool.

This hotel lies in central Skagen, 80 metres from Skagen Train Station. It features an on-site restaurant and cosy café. All rooms have a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Very centrally located. We had corner room with view onto the central part of the city. Breakfast was very good. Free parking right on property.
