With the Christmas decorations and the chilly weather the property lit up like a fairy land. The staff were enthusiastic friendly and very helpful all the time. Our room theme was tastefully and authentically done and connected to personal memories of my time in Africa years ago. The room had all modern facilities and lovely views. The grounds and gardens were inviting and interesting. The link between travel and histories was seamless and provided additional interest. We enjoyed the bar and the restaurant on both nights. A beautiful hotel within walking distance of the centre. The room was very comfortable and with all that we needed for a weekend break. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend!

The Abbey of Villeneuve, former Cistercian abbey of the thirteenth century, Sorinières, near the city of Nantes. This hotel is a dream! The view when you arrive is breathtaking (the majestic driveway, the garden and the tiny pond) and also inside everything perfect. We loved the way the room felt like it was a Loire castle; the luxurious fabric on the walls (in the same style as the curtains), the high ceilings with beams, the big windows. And yet it felt like everything was new and clean. Also, the service at the reception, in the restaurant and at the bar was sublime. This is definately the best hotel i ever went to. We will absolutely come back.

The rooms are uniquely designed with furniture by Jean-Philippe Nuel.... We had a Junior Suite. It was a nice big room with plenty of room for three guests. The bathroom was great with a wonderful hair blower.

Set in a 19th-century chapel with stained-glass windows, this boutique hotel has a 24/7 reception and is located opposite the Botanic Garden in the centre of Nantes. Super smile and cheerful lady welcomed us. Provide and explain the touring information to us, and with all maps and even restaurants timetable. The room itself is with very nice design though the size was a bit small. Love the hotel itself was turned from a chapel. Parking is easy inside. or street parking not difficult too.
