Ubicato a 15 km dal centro di Riga, di fronte a un lago con spiaggia privata e sull'autostrada Via Baltica (E67), l'hotel Baltvilla offre la connessione WiFi in omaggio nell'intero edificio e un ampio... Nice clean room - always a good start! The beds were comfy and we had the option of an additional bed if required. Heating and air conditioner in room which was good as we needed the heating when the weather got cold. There was a TV on the wall with Wi-Fi and some on demand services which I didn’t personally use. There was a desk in the room too which was useful and a kettle, mugs, wine glasses and a mini bar so everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the restaurant. They helped me book an extra night and spoke perfect English so it was very easy. Nice breakfast provided, mix of hot and cold foods, salads, cereals, pastries and drinks. Choices of food changed a little bit daily so nice to have some variety. Lobby area was clean and nice with nice clean toilets and a small area for children to play. Lovely restaurant with nice food at reasonable prices and some beautiful heaters. Outside area was immaculate with a nice children’s playground and lovely walks. On the shores of a beautiful lake with a small beach - sadly we came when it wasn’t warm enough to swim but I bet it’s fantastic in summer! I shall definitely return on my next trip to Latvia.

The beautiful atmosphere, streightforward communication, professional staff, convenient location and relaxing and scenin swimming pool and jacuzzi included in the price, couldn't ask for more!

Dotato di una spiaggia privata, il Gungas si trova ad Ādaži, nella pineta e sul Lago Dūņezers. Le sistemazioni sono ospitate in edifici in legno. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location near the lake, loved it!

Boasting garden views, Baltrozes offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 25 km from Riga Motor Museum. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We spent the last couple of nights of the year here to get away from the crowds and relax, after a few days visiting the country. The host was precise and responsive with messaging and when we arrived we found the house already warmed up, with the fireplace going, the christmas lights on and the music going. She even left us a complementary bottle of wine to celebrate the nye! The host is very friendly, lives nearby and puts the same amount of care and attention in her guests as much as in the place they built, which is beyond what it is pictured: the house is located in a quiet spot at the edge of the woods, and it is equipped with everything you can possibly need (from the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the tv area, the wifi etc). It feels like a welcoming home rather than a temporary rental: squeaky cleaning, with more than enough space to rest, cook, chill on the couch or enjoy the hot tub. The upstairs bed might seem less appealing, but the stairs are really sturdy and upstairs there's much more space to move around than it seems: the bed was very comfy and there's a lovely window from which you can see the woods and the sky when you go to sleep or wake up. If you are not a light lover, you can black out all the windows with the blinds (but in winter it was not so bright and we loved the view). The directions were perfectly clear and we reached the place by car with no problems. Riga is a quick drive away from there, there's a big supermarket in the area for groceries and the beautiful white dune in Saulkrasti is also quite close, for a nice walk along the coast. From the host to the house it is hard and rare these days to find this much quality and care, even in highly star-rated chain hotels: it is a perfect little peaceful corner, whether you want to rest or visit around, and we couldn't recommend it more (for sure it has set the bar significantly higher for any future house in other places where we will stay).

Situata a Laukbeitini, la "Gaujmale" sauna house in nature offre sistemazioni con piscina privata, vista sul fiume e terrazza. 22 km da Sigulda. The place was very beautiful, a house on top of a hill with a view of the river, like a fairy tale. Everything was clean and well maintained. Perfect for a family vacation. An added bonus is the cold water barrel inside the terrace, where it's nice to jump into after a great hot sauna. You can't see it in the pictures, not to be confused with a hot tub. We all loved this place, thank you :)
