This was my first time at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Very luxurious and well worth the stay. I would absolutely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again, and this was a great representation of the brand.

The place was just lovely: the rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, the parking was safe. Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. The Casareyna hotel was really great! The rooms were spacious, quiet and very clean. The beds were good (still quite small for Europeans, but bigger than most other hotels we visited). The breakfast and dinner were exquisite and really not expensive. The valet parking for only 50pesos a day was very nice in the center of the city. The pool was very nice and warm so we could even use it at a colder rainy day. We loved our stay and regret that we only stayed for one night.

Breakfast flavor was a bit on the mid-bad side. Honestly food felt tasteless to me but it did the job to keep me well fed and it didn't have any regretable aftermath

I Liked the Staff, the temperature of the pool and how clean the room was , I would like they left more towels in our room and more products as Soap it was not enough as I was traveling with my husband and son , and maybe if the duvet could be less cold it would be fantastic

The welcome glass of water was amazing and then to choose the sent you want sprayed in your room at night makes you feel like you are at a wellness retreat. The place is lovely quiet and has a great pool area on the roof. You are metres from the markets great restaurants and a coupe of easy walking blocks to the main town square.

I loved the hotel room with Queen size bed and clean facilities. The cost of the room was affordable and for me a great price. The hotel staff were very friendly, and helpful and spoke a little English which helped at times. I will definitely be returning!
