The location is good to visit Jabrin and Bahla forts as well as the region (Jebel Shams, etc.). For the moment, there is no sign indicating the hotel since it's a new property, but the owner can be contacted via WhatsApp or phone. Both the owner and his son are very friendly and accommodating. We totally recommend staying there!

Located in Nizwa, a 7-minute walk from Nizwa Fort, Riad Nizwa has accommodations with a garden and free private parking. I loved that the property was surrounded by palm trees all around. So beautiful and lots of birds singing too. The nature around the property made it so calm and soothing! Very close to the souq area and also the walk to/from the hotel is through the old part of Nizwa town. A very charming and nice walk through old town. Property is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful!
