The staff were very polite and respectful and very cooperative and there was mutual trust with the guest, the place was quiet, my sisters during the morning were very polite, respectful and smart 👍🏻 I wish them all the best and the room was family room good for family who have kids and it's very clean. The staff was so polite and friendly especially Mirza and Ismail the restaurant managers would actually get everything on your table themselves if I asked for any item in the buffet . They took care of every guest themselves which is not usually in other buffet restaurants where even waiters ask you to help yourself I have stayed in many 5 stars including Ritz, Fairmount , Hilton etc but this hotel truly was an amazing experience Will stay in jeddah always in this hotel
