When I left the hotel to go to the airport, I forgot my coat in the room, I called them to inform them of the situation and without any expectations. They even went halfway to take my coat for free. This goes beyond perfect service, this is family.

Bed is comfortable, AC works well, hot water is plentiful. We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t see or hear the construction at all…perhaps it is over! Excellent value for money. We were thrilled with our stay.

I had a problem with a tour agency and the young lady from reception called them and helped to organize everything. Also the older lady was very kind. Not a luxury place, but felt like home.
