Hotel was clean and very beautiful and the staff were friendly. They offer shuttle bus service to the beach and to Old Town but it's only at specific timings so we didn't manage to make use of it. Location wise, it's a bit far away from Old Town (not really walking distance) but that makes it very peaceful at night.

We were here for 19 nights and the staff couldn't have been nicer to us. We got to know them by name and have made friends with most of them. The room was perfect and the food was very yummy. The surroundings were very relaxing. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect - just across the bridge to old town and all the shops and restaurants. Although they had bikes for us to use, we just walked everywhere. The breakfast was the most deluxe one we've ever seen - European, American, Asian, egg station, pastries, juice, coffee to order - they had it all! And the staff was so helpful, they knew all the best things in town from restaurants to tailoring shops and shoemakers. Most importantly, they helped with a visa problem so we could get to Vietnam, amazing!

We had an unforgettable stay in the resort. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We borrowed bikes from the resort and when we rented a moped, there was ample parking for it. The 2 pools at the resort were great, as was the breakfast each morning. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped.

The standout was the courteous and helpful staff.. They made sure we were comfortable all the time, since I was vegan and my husband is non-vegetarian they made sure they cooked delicious vegan menu for me. Rooms are cute and has all amenities, location is beautiful, you can take bicycle and ride the town... Highly recommend this place
